Ingredients
- 500 gms meat, roasted and cut into small chunks
- 2 tsp salt - or acc to taste
- 1/2 tbsp chilli
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 3 tbspoon oil
- 1 tbsp
- Take a bowl. Keep roasted, chunked meat add salt, chilly, cumin, ginger. Garlic paste and marinate well adding three tbsp of oil. Marinate well, cover for 3 mins and keep aside.
